We want customers to feel confident shopping with Bellito Deals. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and include your order number.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue and the packaging where applicable.

We will review the claim with our fulfillment partner. If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Returns

Please contact Bellito Deals before returning any product. Do not send products to the Bellito Deals business address in Antigua & Barbuda unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return instructions and the appropriate return destination may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted depending on the product's condition and the fulfillment partner's return requirements. Customers should contact us before making a return so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
